PPJ announces that it gets its first break in the Asset Collection Law Suit against Doctor Narinder Grewal of Santa Clarita, CA and his Companies (?the Defendants?); during the last 40 months in the action, the Company could not get any credible Bank records (?the smoking Guns?) from the Defendants, after months of continued efforts, in a Court hearing brought by Defendants to squash bank subpoenas again on May 16, 2013, Court has denied Defendants? motion this time. This Case has been in a lock down position since the start of the Discovery in 2010, now the case will move forward. Trial date is still set for August 19, 2013 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Los Angeles, California. The Company has retained services of a renowned forensic accounting firm as expert witness in this case. The Company estimates that the Defendants received millions of dollars of collections from the Company?s billing and collection efforts through its subsidiaries and kept information concealed to avoid paying millions of dollars of Company?s earned fees under the service contracts in addition to scamming the Company millions of dollars as alleged in the law suit.
The Company and its CEO Ms. Basu stated that this is the biggest break the Company gets in this case. Ms. Basu also appreciates the Company Shareholders? continued support as always.
