PPI to voluntarily de-list from SWX Swiss Exchange

CALGARY, Nov. 8 /CNW/ - Proprietary Industries Inc. ("PPI") announced
today that due to the low volume of the Company's shares trading on the SWX
Swiss Exchange ("SWX"), the Company has filed a request to have its shares  
de-listed from the SWX.
The SWX has approved the request. Consequently, the shares of PPI will be
de-listed from the SWX on February 9, 2006 and the last day of trading on this
exchange will be February 8, 2006.
PPI will continue to trade without interruption on the TSX Toronto Stock
Exchange.
