POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING We write with reference to our letters dated 18th September 2020 and 8th October 2020 with regard to the Annual General Meeting of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC. We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th October 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at the Grand Ballroom, Galadari Hotel, Colombo 01 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The venue, date and the time of the meeting will be notified to the shareholders via a fresh Notice of Meeting giving requisite notice period to attend the AGM.
