Posting of Circular
Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, announces, further to the announcement of 30 September 2022, a Circular containing details of the Open Offer and convening the General Meeting, together with a Form of Proxy and application form will be posted to Shareholders today. The Company will also publish the Circular to the AIM Rule 26 section of its website today.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in the text of this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Company's announcement dated 30 September 2022.
