Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2012 together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 12:00 p.m. on 29 August 2012 at Haydock Thistle Hotel, Haydock, Merseyside WA11 9SG, has today been posted to shareholders of the Company.
Coral further announces that a circular, which sets out the background to and reasons for the Company's proposed cancellation of its share premium account and capital redemption reserve, together with a notice of General Meeting ("GM"), to be held at 12:15 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter provided that the AGM has finished) on 29 August 2012 at Haydock Thistle Hotel, Haydock, Merseyside WA11 9SG, has today been posted to shareholders of the Company.
