The Annual General Meeting will be held at Jubilee House, 92 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SN on 16 May 2022 at 8:30 a.m. As a result of the increasing COVID-19 infection rates, we kindly ask shareholders not to attend the Annual General Meeting if it can be avoided and are instead encouraged to submit any questions to [email protected] before 2:00 p.m. on 10 May 2022.
