Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 October 2017, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website.
The AGM will be held at Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge, Fulham, London SW6 1HS at 12 noon on Tuesday 24 April 2018.
