Danske Bank will purchase 1,740,000 shares in the Company from the State of Finland and return to the State of Finland 1,740,000 shares borrowed by Danske Bank in accordance with the share lending agreement entered into in connection with the offering of the Company.The State of Finland has sold in the offering a total of 13,340,000 shares in the Company, including the shares sold by exercise of the over-allotment option.
