We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 29th September, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved the Appointment of Mr. Anish Jain as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.Upon his appointment, Mr. Anish Jain will hold the position of CEO, and KMP of the Company.The details required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is given in the enclosed Annexure A.Please refer the enclosed file.
