Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for DP's, including Persons viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including immediate relatives of such Designated Persons of the Company from 01st July, 2025 till the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 and 48 hours thereafter.
