We have received intimation from Mrs. Pramila Jain on behalf of all other Acquirers pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations regarding acquisition of 3,94,735 Warrants on preferential basis, representing 2.29% (fully diluted share capital after conversion of 3,94,735 Warrants into Equity Shares) of the share capital of the Target Company.
