This transaction will generate around 1 billion euros in capital. The revised financial forecasts now predict a higher net cash flow margin for the automotive division. On 9 September 2026 , Porsche completed the sale of its stakes in the Rimac Group and Bugatti Rimac, after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. This strategic move enables the carmaker to focus more strongly on its primary business activities. Financial gains and allocation to the pension fund The transaction, which was originally formalised in April 2026 , is expected to generate around 1 billion euros for Porsche AG . Of this amount, the company plans to set aside 250 million euros for its pension fund obligations. Revised financial forecasts As a result of this capital injection and the subsequent pension funding, Porsche has revised its financial forecasts for the 2026 financial year. The estimated net cash flow margin for the automotive division has been raised to a range of 5.5 to 7.5 per cent, an increase from the earlier forecast of 3 to 5 per cent. This adjustment takes into account the gains from the divestment, which were not included in the previous half-year report. (zvm)(fc) © The Content Exchange, source News
