Supervisory Commission.

The resolution made by the board on the 2021 employees'and directors'
compensation:
(1) Employees' compensation: NT$58,565,000
(2) Directors' compensation: NT$9,010,000
(3) All the mentioned compensations above will be paid in cash.
(4) There are no differences between the amounts decided by the
Company's board meeting mentioned in 6.(1) and 6.(2) above and
the amounts recorded in the Company's 2021 financial statements.
