July 4, 2017 Po Valley Energy Limited (ASX: PVE - 'Company') advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Lisa Jones will step down as Company Secretary, effective 3 July 2017. Zoe Levendel, from Company Matters Pty Limited, has been appointed Company Secretary, also effective 3 July 2017. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Zoe is also the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
