In compliance with provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Companys "Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy" the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company by all the Designated Persons (including his/her immediate relatives or with any person with whom he/she shares a material financial relationship), shall remain closed from July 01, 2025 till the expiry of the 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
