The 27th meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors of PIOTECH INC. reviewed and approved, among others, the "Proposal on the Plan for Share Issuance and Cash Payment for Asset Acquisition and Raising of Supporting Funds and Its Summary" and other proposals related to the Transaction. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and upon the Company's application, the Company's shares will resume trading from the opening of the market on July 13, 2026.
