(NYSE: PNFP) today reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net income available to common shareholders was $313 million, or $2.07 per diluted share in second quarter 2026. Excluding merger-related expenses, investment securities losses and certain other items, adjusted net income available to common shareholders was $379 million, or $2.50 per diluted share.
