The amendment of the Article 6 entitled "Registered Capital" regarding to extend the validity period of registered capital upper limit and the Article 4 entitled "Head office and Branches of the Company" of the Company's Articles of Association was approved in the letter of 29833736-100-E.3348 dated March 13, 2017 by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey received by the Company. After the permission of Ministry of Customs and Trade, the drafts of amendments will be submitted of the shareholders at the first General Meeting.
