Pilot Energy Limited (Pilot or Company) wishes to advise Shareholders of a typographical error contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice) released to the market on 23 January 2026.

Page 3 of the Notice states that "persons eligible to vote at the Meeting are those who are registered Shareholders of the Company at 7:00pm (AEDT) / 5:00pm AWST".

The Company confirms that the correct cut-off time for determining eligible voting Shareholders is 7:00pm (AEDT) / 4:00pm (AWST).
