Pilot Energy Limited (ASX: PGY) - Continuation of Suspension from Quotation
The securities of Pilot Energy Limited ('PGY') were suspended at the request of PGY on 2 April 2026 pending an announcement regarding a range of funding and strategic initiatives currently being pursued by PGY and to allow for the execution of those initiatives in an orderly manner.
The voluntary suspension was initially granted until 8 April 2026.
As at 8 April 2026, PGY is not in a position to release an announcement that will result in the reinstatement of its securities.
The securities of PGY will remain suspended from quotation in accordance with Listing Rule 17.3.
The suspension will continue until ASX is satisfied that PGY is in compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 3.1, and that it is otherwise appropriate for PGY's securities to be reinstated to quotation.
