Financial Statements 2025 update

Fidiaz NV, the appointed accounting service provider, has informed today Photonike Capital SA-in response to an inquiry on the matter-that the final version of the 2025 Financial Statements will be released by mid-October and submitted to the independent auditor, Vyvey & Co. The General Meeting to approve the statements will be convened as soon as all documentation is definitively available.
The expected result, notwithstanding necessary write-downs of certain asset positions, does not compromise at all the company's financial capacity to proceed with its insurance projects and its ratings.
