Third Quarter 2026 Results of Operations Phoenix Education Partners reported net revenue for third quarter 2026 of $271.8 million, compared to $271.7 million for third quarter 2025. In third quarter 2026, the University's Average Total Degreed Enrollment1 was 85,300, compared to 84,800 for third quarter 2025. Net income attributable to Phoenix Education Partners for third quarter 2026 was $39.2 million, or $1.01 diluted earnings per share, compared to $53.8 million, or $1.42 diluted earnings per share, for third quarter 2025. The decrease in net income attributable to Phoenix Education Partners was primarily due to share-based compensation resulting from our initial public offering ("IPO") (see sections "Initial Public Offering" and "Reconciliation of GAAP Financial Information to Non-GAAP Financial Information" for additional information), increased advertising expense and higher strategic alternatives, restructuring and other expense. Adjusted EBITDA was $78.1 million for third quarter 2026, compared to $83.4 million for third quarter 2025, and adjusted diluted earnings per share was $1.43 for the third quarter 2026, compared to $1.57 for third quarter 2025.2 First Nine Months of 2026 Results of Operations Phoenix Education Partners reported net revenue for the first nine months of 2026 of $756.3 million, compared to $749.8 million for the first nine months of 2025. In the first nine months of 2026, the University's Average Total Degreed Enrollment was 84,500, compared to 82,700 for the first nine months of 2025. Net income attributable to Phoenix Education Partners for the first nine months of 2026 was $65.4 million, or $1.69 diluted earnings per share, compared to $116.4 million, or $3.08 diluted earnings per share, for the first nine months of 2025. The decrease in net income attributable to Phoenix Education Partners was primarily due to share-based compensation resulting from our IPO (see sections "Initial Public Offering" and "Reconciliation of GAAP Financial Information to Non-GAAP Financial Information" for additional information), increased advertising expense and higher strategic alternatives, restructuring and other expense.
