Decision for the payment of interim dividend for 2022

ANNOUNCEMENT

We wish to inform you that the Company's Board of Directors met today Wednesday, 10 August 2022 at 11:30a.m. at the Company's offices, 1, Kilkis Str., Larnaca and decided, inter alia, to pay an interim dividend for 2022 at 5.0% (0.017 Euro per share).

The interim dividend will be paid to the Company's shareholders who will be registered in the CSE records on 23 August 2022 (record date). Therefore, as of 22 August 2022, the Company's shares will trade ex-dividend (ex-dividend date). The interim dividend will be paid to the Company's shareholders on 19 September 2022.
