Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Peruvian Precious Metals Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a settlement agreement with a former employee of the Company which includes settling $105,000 in debt by the issuance of 1,050,000 common shares of the Company.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
