Notice Regarding Completion of Own Share Repurchase

(Repurchase of own shares based on the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act of Japan)

Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd., (hereinafter, the Company) hereby announces the status of own share repurchase pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan as applied by replacing certain terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the said Act, as described below.

As the total amount of repurchase price has reached the predetermined upper limit, the Company announces that the repurchase of owns shares pursuant to the resolution of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 7, 2025 has completed, as a result of the following purchase.

  2. Total number of shares repurchased: 356,900 shares

  3. Total amount of repurchase price: JPY 607,071,800

  4. Period of repurchase: December 1, 2025 through December 2, 2025

  5. Method of repurchase: Market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
