June 23rd, 2010 - CALGARY, ALBERTA - Pennine Petroleum Corporation (TSXV:PNN) (PNN on TSX.V)(the "Company") announces the Annual General Meeting held on June 23, 2010 has been adjourned to August 6th, 2010 pending the delivery of required documentation to certain shareholders as outlined by Broadridge. The Company will provide additional mailing documents to Broadridge after the June 23rd, 2010 meeting. The Company also advises that late proxies will be accepted for this Annual General Meeting.
The adjourned meeting will be held at the offices of ProVenture Law LLP, which are located at Suite 2 Mount Royal Village, 800 - 16th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, on Friday August 6th, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time).
