Peako Limited (ASX: PKO) (' Peako ' or the 'Company') confirms that it has despatched the Prospectus and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form (or a letter advising where to access those materials) for the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue announced to ASX on 17 July 2024 ('Rights Issue') to all eligible shareholders today. A sample of each of the letter sent to eligible shareholders and the personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form are enclosed with this announcement. The Company offers shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand , at 7.00pm ( Melbourne time) on 22 July 2024 ('Record Date') the opportunity to subscribe for two (2) new fully paid ordinary shares ('New Shares') for every three (3) fully paid ordinary shares held at the Record Date to raise approximately $1.054 million before costs of the Rights Issue. The Rights Issue is priced at $0.003 per share. For every 2 New Shares subscribed for under the Rights Issue, eligible shareholders will receive 1 free unlisted option with an exercise price of $0.0075 and expiring on 28 February 2027 ('New Options'). The Rights Issue is fully underwritten. Eligible shareholders who wish to take up their entitlement have until the closing date of the Rights Issue, being 5.00pm ( Melbourne time) on Monday, 5 August 2024 , to accept their entitlement in full or in part. Eligible Shareholders who take up their full Entitlement may apply for Shortfall Securities . An application by an Eligible Shareholder for Shortfall Securities shall be capped at 100% of the Entitlement of that Eligible Shareholder. If the number of Shortfall Securities is insufficient to meet the demand from Eligible Shareholders for Shortfall Securities , the Company (in consultation with the Underwriter) will scale back applications for Shortfall Securities at its discretion having regard to the holdings of Eligible Shareholders at the Record Date, the interests of the Company and control factors.
