6 December 2022 VARIOUS EATERIES PLC ("Various Eateries" or "the Company" and with its subsidiaries "the Group")  PDMR Transfer of Shareholding The Company was notified today that on 1 December 2022 Gareth Edwards, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred his entire holding of 46,547 ordinary shares in the Company to a self-invested personal pension (SIPP) account for 31.05p per ordinary share consideration. Gareth Edwards remains the beneficial holders of these shares. Accordingly, the total number of ordinary shares that Gareth Edwards has an interest in remains unchanged at 119,047 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
