Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music" or " the Group")   PDMR Dealings   The Group has been notified that on 16 February 2024 Ken Ford, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, completed a transfer of his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") from one provider to another in specie (the "Transfer"). Following the completion of the Transfer, Mr Ford's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the total issued share capital.
