Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that on 21 and 22 October 2026, Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased a total of 140,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of 49.9 pence. Following the purchases, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in 9,501,809 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.30 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
