PDMR Dealing
Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, announces that between 13 and 15 October 2026, Charles Dorfman, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director, purchased a total of 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an average price of 49.81 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchases, Mr. Dorfman has a direct interest in 8,836,809 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.58 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
The Company further announces that on 13 October 2026, certain Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs") of Adam Kaye, Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 182,143 Ordinary Shares at a price of 49.35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Adam Kaye and his PCAs have an interest in 8,770,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.51% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
