On October 17, 2025, Mark Cropper transferred 147,384 ordinary shares of 25p each to his children, James and Jemima Cropper. James received 71,192 shares, including 50,919 shares at £3.18 per share and 20,273 shares for nil consideration. Jemima received 76,192 shares, consisting of 54,025 shares at £3.18 per share and 22,167 shares for nil consideration. Additionally, 26,349 shares previously under Mark Cropper's ownership were transferred to Jemima for nil consideration due to a change in age.
