Parx Materials N.V., today announced that Mr. M. van der Jagt is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer. He will remain involved with the company as advisor and non-executive board member. The transition is a planned next step following the acquisition of a majority stake by GCP Technology AS in July 2024, at which time the founders committed to ensuring a smooth handover. With that transition now well established, Mr. van der Jagt is handing over executive leadership while continuing to support Parx Materials in a non-executive and advisory capacity, contributing his technical knowledge and industry relationships.
