MISSISSAUGA, ON, March 23 /CNW/ - Paros Enterprises Limited ("Paros") today announced that it has acquired an additional 5,000 common shares of Tri-White Corporation (TSX:TWH). There are currently 22,891,006 common shares outstanding. Paros and S.N.A. Management Limited together with K. (Rai) Sahi, who exercises direct and indirect control over both companies and is a director, the chairman and chief executive officer of Tri-White, will, following this acquisition, beneficially own 16,832,906 common shares representing approximately 73.54% of the outstanding common shares of Tri-White.
The common shares were acquired through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange for investment purposes only and Paros could increase or decrease its investment in Tri-White depending on market conditions or any relevant factors.
