Resignation of Director - Steve Howe
Papyrus Australia Ltd (ASX:PPY) advises that Mr Steve Howe has retired as a director of the Company for personal health reasons as from 1 January 2021.
Mr Howe has been a director of the Company since 8 September 2020 during which time he provided strong governance leadership especially when we consolidated new investors. He is also a long term shareholder and passionate supporter of the Company.
The Board of Papyrus wishes to place on record its thanks and gratitude to Mr Howe for his overall valuable contribution and in particular the contribution made in developing the fundamental Company Business Plan for 2021 and beyond, and wishes him all the very best for the future.
