With reference to the subject mentioned above, please note that the board of directors in their Meeting held today i.e., on Friday, the 04th day of September, 2026, at 11:50 a.m. IST has concluded at 12:30 p.m. through Video conferencing/ other audio visual means have transacted the following business items:1. Approved the Notice and Directors'' Report for the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 and to convene the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company electronically through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') on Wednesday, the 30th day of September, 2026 at 11:30 A.M.2. Decided the cut-off date to be Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 and the book closure period to be from Thursday, 24th September, 2026, to Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, for the ensuing 70th Annual General Meeting.
