TONTITOWN, Ark., July 25, 2025--PAMT CORP (NASDAQ: PAMT) ("we" or the "Company") today reported consolidated net loss of $9.6 million, or diluted and basic loss per share of $0.46, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. These results compare to consolidated net loss of $2.9 million, or diluted and basic loss per share of $0.13, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.

Second Quarter 2025 Summary Results TONTITOWN, Ark., July 25, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PAMT CORP (NASDAQ: PAMT) ("we" or the "Company") today reported consolidated net loss of $9.6 million, or diluted and basic loss per share of $0.46, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. These results compare to consolidated net loss of $2.9 million, or diluted and basic loss per share of $0.13, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Operating revenues decreased 17.4% to $151.1 million for the second quarter of 2025 when compared to $182.9 million for the second quarter of 2024. Liquidity, Capitalization, and Cash Flow As of June 30, 2025, we had an aggregate of $177.1 million of cash, marketable equity securities, and available liquidity under our line of credit and $244.9 million of stockholders’ equity. Outstanding debt was $331.2 million as of June 30, 2025, which represents a $5.7 million increase from December 31, 2024. During the first half of 2025, we generated $17.2 million in operating cash flow.
