As required by Clause 5.6.9 (b) of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited Regulations, please find attached a notice to the shareholders of the Company, in respect of unclaimed dividends, that will be published in the daily "Business Recorder" and "Daily Express" newspapers on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

k0TICE is hereby given that the dividends declared and shares issued by Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (the "Company"), details whereof are available on the Company's website www.psopk.com, have remained unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years or more from the date these became due and payable.
In terms of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017, individual notices were dispatched to shareholders through registered post at their last known addresses, requesting them to lodge their claims within ninety (90) days. Only a limited number of claims have been received by the Company.
The Company hereby invites the shareholders, or their legal heirs or successors in interest, to lodge their claims within ninety (90) days from the date of publication of this Final Notice with the Company's Share Registrar:
