I he Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has developed the Cenlralixed Cash Dividend Register (CC.DR). an eServices web portal that pioviiles details of cash clividends paid, unpaid, or withheld by listed Companies.

This web portal enables share holders to retrieve information regarding their cash dividends for

In comp1i‹uicc with the Companies Act, 20.17 rind the €.r›mpanics (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations , 20.17, il is hereby notified that the Company has withheld dividends of sharehol ders who have not slibml tted their valid CNIC numbers and/or complete bank account detail s iequired ter the credit of cash dividend.

To claim the withheld dividend, shareholders holding physical shares me advised to provide the requisite information ir› the Company 's SLares Registrar along w ith a legible and valid copy of their CNIC and complete bank account details, including the 24-digit IBAN, by filling out the form available on the Company's website: http://www.pak4'e.org.com.

In the case of shin-es held in the CDC , shareholders should provide the reqii ired details to then respective CDO participants , broker s, or the CDC Investor Account Services.
