Further to our announcement dated December 23, 2025, we are pleased to announce that the Board ofDirectors ofPakistan Refinery Limited in its meeting held Today has approved the appointment of Mr. Mohsin Ali Mangi as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of Three (3) years with effect from 30" April 2026 in place of Mr. Zafar UI Islam Usmani who is currently holding the position of Interim Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
