Re: Appointment of Managing Director / CEO of the Company
Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the Stock Exchange Rules, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9!h January 2026, as an interim arrangement, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mohammad Khalid Rehman, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as the Chief Executive OPicer (CEO) / Managing Director of the Company, in addition to his existing position as CFO of the Company, in place of Mr. Sikandar Ali Memon, with ehect from 10 h January 2026, for a period of three months or appointment of a regular CEO of the Company, whichever is earlier.
