In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX ftegrilations, we wish to iuform you of the following:

The National Tariff Commission (NTC) has issued its decision on the Sunset Review of anti dumping duties applicable to dumped imports of aluminium beverage cans of 2S0 ml to 300 ml originating in and/or exported front Jordan, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. The public notice of this decision was published in Daily Dunya and Daily Express Tribune on December 11, 202S (copy enclosedj.

NTC has concluded that the likelihood of continued dumping and material injury to the domestic iild istry remains if the current dut1es are removed. Based on this determination, NTC lfas extended the definitive anti-dumping cluties for a further period of three years, effective February 19, 2025, at the following rates:

  • Sri Lanka - Ceylon Beverage Cans: 23.24 percent

  • Sri Lanka - All other exporters/foreign producers: 23.24 percent

  • Jordau- All exporters/foreign producers: 26.54 percent

  • Unitecl Arab Emirates - All exporters/foreign producers: 22.06 percent

    The National Tariff Commission (NTC) lfas issued its decision on the Sunset Review of anti-dumping duLies applicable to dumped imports of aluminium beverage cans of 250 ml to 300 ml originafing in and/or exported from Jordan, Sri Lanka and the United Arah Emirates. The public notice of this decision was published in Daily Dunya and Daily Express Tribune on December 11, 2025.

    NTC has concluded that the likelihood of connnued dumping and material injury to the domestic industry remains if the current duties are removed. Based on this determination, NTC has extended the definitive anti-dumping dukes for a further period of three years, effective February 19, 2025, at the following rates:

  • Sri Lanka - Ceylon Beverage Cans: 23.24 percent

  • Sri Lanka - All other exporters/foreign producers: 23.24 percent

  • Jordan - All exporters/foreign producers: 26.54 percent
