The board of directors (the "Board") of Pacific Textiles Holdings Limited (the "Company") received the written resignation dated 18 May 2017 from Mr. Lam Wing Tak ("Mr. Lam"). Mr. Lam has tendered his resignation from the office of the Non-executive Director of the Company and any of the subsidiary and associate company directors (including but not limited to Teejay Lanka PLC) with immediate effect due to his other personal commitments. Mr. Lam has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board, and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express their sincere appreciation to Mr. Lam for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
