Vancouver B.C. December 7, 2010: Pacific Coast Nickel (OOTC:PNIKF) (TSXV:NKL) Corp. (NKL: TSX-V)(the "Company") today announced that the 2010 Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders scheduled for, and convened on, December 6, 2010 was adjourned.
The 2010 Annual and Special Meeting of the Company has been adjourned to Monday, December 13, 2010 at 11:15 a.m. (PST) and will be held at 2080 - 777 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The Company's proxy materials are filed on www.sedar.com and were mailed to the shareholders on or about November 9, 2010. Proxies previously submitted in respect of the original meeting shall be voted at the adjourned meeting unless revoked.
