This is with reference to the notice of Annual General Meeting of Pace (Pakistan) Limited ("the Company") dated 07 October 2025 Scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 at 11:30

a.m. at Lahore.

Please note that as per the Section 132(2) of Companies Act, 2017, if the Company received request from shareholder holding an aggregate of 10% or more shareholding residing at another city, such shareholder may request a video conferencing facility for the purpose of participating in AGM at such location by sending a request to the Company at least 7 days prior to the date of AGM, the Company will arrange such facility in that city subject to the availability of such facility in that city.

Further, in compliance with Circular 04, of 2021 dated 15.02.2021, the shareholders of the Company can opt to attend the meeting through Zoum/Video/Webex or other electronic means. The shareholders whose names appear in the Books of the Company by the close of business on 20 October 2025 and who are interested to attend meeting through Video Link/Zoom are hereby requested to get themselves, registered with the Company Secre*.ary Office by providing the following details at least 48 hours before the meeting;

The members can also send their comments/suggestions related to the agenda items of the meeting on the above mentioned email and Whats App number.

Shareholders are requested to fill the particulars as per the blow table:

Upon receipt of the above information from interested shareholders, the Company will send the login details / password at their email addresses. On the meeting day, shareholders will be able to login and participate in the meeting's proceedings through their smartphones or computer devices from any convenient location. The login facility will be opened 10 minutes before the meeting time to enable the participants to join the meeting
