In this role, Fister will assume responsibility for executing key enterprise initiatives that drive growth and performance. Fister has served as Owens Corning’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2023, and will operate in a combined role providing both operational and financial leadership as the company conducts an external search for a Chief Financial Officer.
