It holds interests in the Newsboy project comprising 5,240 acres of state and federal lands located northwest of Phoenix, Arizona; and Bullfrog Gold project covering 1,650 acres of mineral claims and patents situated in northwest of the town of Beatty, Nevada. The company is headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado.
