OTC Markets Group Welcomes Newly Verified OTCQB Companies – Feb. 3
OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of Open, Transparent and Connected financial marketplaces, today announced the following companies are verified for trading on OTCQB®, the venture marketplace for entrepreneurial and development stage companies, effective February 3, 2015:
AirWare Labs Corp. (OTCQB: AIRW) – AirWare Labs (www.airwarelabs.com) provides patented and innovative technology solutions to consumer products promoting better health and enhanced well-being. AirWare Labs' products are marketed under the family name of AIR by AirWare Labs. CNS Response, Inc. (OTCQB: CNSO) – CNS Response is a cloud-based predictive analytics company that provides objective clinical decision support to mental healthcare providers for the treatment of behavioral disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder ("PTSD"). The company uses its proprietary neurometric platform, PEER Online, to generate Psychiatric EEG Evaluation Registry ("PEER") Reports to predict the likelihood of response by an individual to certain medications for the treatment of behavioral disorders.
Deep Well Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTCQB: DWOG) – Deep Well Oil & Gas is an independent junior oil sands exploration and development company headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Currently, it has a 90% working interest in 51 sections on six oil sands leases where it is the operator, a 100% working interest in 5 sections on one oil sands lease where it is the operator, and a 25% working interest in an additional 12 sections on two oil sands leases in the Peace River oil sands area of Alberta, Canada. These nine oil sands leases are all contiguous and cover 43,015 gross acres (17,408 gross hectares) with the company having 34,096 net acres (13,798 net hectares). The focus of the company's operations is to exploit the heavy oil reservoir to establish proven reserves and to determine the best technology under which oil can be produced from its Sawn Lake project in order to generate positive cash flow.

Worlds, Inc. (OTCQB: WDDD) – Worlds Inc. is a leading intellectual property developer and licensee of patents related to 3D online virtual worlds. The company has a portfolio of nine U.S. patents (6,219,045; 7,181,690; 7,493,558; 7,945,856; 8,082,501; 8,145,998; 8,161,385 8,407,592& 8,640,028) for multi-server technology for 3D applications. The earliest of these patents was issued on an application filed November 12, 1996. A provisional patent application, serial number 60/020,296, was filed on November 13, 1995. These patents are related to each other and disclose and claim systems and methods for enabling users to interact in a virtual space.
Worlds filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc. in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on March 30, 2012. Activision's World of Warcraft® and Call of Duty® video games have been identified in the complaint as infringing on Worlds' patents. Max L Tribble, lead counsel of Susman Godfrey L.L.P, will be lead counsel for Worlds in the suit.
The Markman hearing for the patent infringement suit by Worlds Inc. against Activision Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc. (Activision Blizzard et al) (Nasdaq: ATVI), was held October 3, 2014, to address various aspects of the infringement suit claims and how the words in the 11 disputed “constructions” in the claims should be construed for jury consideration. The additional purpose is for the court to determine the meaning and intent of the language used in the claims.
As is typical in Markman Hearings, no ruling was issued from the bench by Judge Denise Casper of the United District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The court gave no indication of when it would issue the ruling.
