With reference to our earlier intimation dated September 23, 2026 regarding the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Oscar Global Limited ("Company"), wherein the Board, inter alia, approved the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the members of the Company, we wish to inform you that the boards of director of the company at their meeting held today had rescheduled the EGM earlier scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM")
