About this update from Orora Limited
Ann will be succeeded by Susannah Jobling Hodgens, who will be appointed as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, and will join Orora's leadership Team. Susannah has worked with Orora for 13 years in senior legal and governance roles, most recently as General Counsel and alternate Company Secretary. Ann will remain with Orora until 31 December 2026, to support the transition. Orora Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Brian Lowe thanked Ann for her significant contribution to the company since its inception, and welcomed Susannah into her new role. "Ann has been a highly respected and valued member of the Global Management Team since Orora was established as an ASX-listed company in December 2013. She commenced as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, and over the years expanded her responsibilities to include Safety & Sustainability, as well as leading the People & Culture function for a number of years. I wish Ann all the very best for the future," Mr Lowe said. "Susannah has worked closely with Ann, the Board and other members of the Global Management Team over more than a decade at Orora. We look forward to welcoming her into her new role as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary from October." Under Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Jobling Hodgens will be responsible for communications with the ASX.
